By creating an account or using SITEOPS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SITEOPS is operated by Datronix Tech. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SITEOPS is a WordPress operations platform that provides automated plugin updates, security scanning, uptime monitoring, broken link detection, and AI-generated maintenance reports. The Service operates through a WordPress plugin installed on your website that communicates with our dashboard via a secure API key.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
SITEOPS offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Agency). Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@datronixtech.com for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
You agree not to use SITEOPS to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (e) resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
SITEOPS accesses your WordPress site through a plugin that you install and an API key that you control. You grant SITEOPS permission to perform operations on your WordPress site as directed through the dashboard. You remain fully responsible for your WordPress site, its content, and any changes made through SITEOPS. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. WordPress site data accessed through the plugin is used solely to provide the Service.
SITEOPS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datronix Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, website downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
While SITEOPS takes snapshots and performs visual comparisons before applying updates, we cannot guarantee that updates will not cause issues on your website. You are responsible for reviewing and approving automated updates. We recommend testing updates on a staging environment for critical websites.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
