Getting Started

How do I connect my WordPress site?
Download the SITEOPS Worker plugin from your dashboard, install it on your WordPress site, then paste the API key from SITEOPS into the plugin settings. Click Verify Connection to confirm.
Which WordPress versions are supported?
SITEOPS supports WordPress 5.0 and above with PHP 7.4 or higher. We recommend WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.0+ for best results.
Is there a limit on how many sites I can connect?
The Free plan supports 1 site. Pro supports up to 10 sites. Agency supports unlimited sites.

Updates

How does the safe update engine work?
Before updating, SITEOPS takes a snapshot of your site and a screenshot of your homepage. It then applies the update, waits for the site to load, and takes another screenshot. If AI detects significant visual differences, it automatically rolls back to the snapshot.
What happens if an update breaks my site?
SITEOPS automatically rolls back to the pre-update snapshot if a visual regression is detected. You will receive an alert in your dashboard and via email (Pro and above).
Can I schedule updates to run automatically?
Yes, on the Pro and Agency plans you can schedule updates to run nightly, weekly, or on a custom schedule from your site settings.
Why is a plugin showing as "Premium" in updates?
Premium plugins (like Elementor Pro, WooCommerce extensions) use custom update servers and cannot be updated automatically. SITEOPS detects these and shows a manual update button with 1-Click Admin Access.

Security

What does the security scanner check?
SITEOPS runs 4 levels of security scanning: (1) WordPress core file integrity against official checksums, (2) PHP malware detection in uploads, (3) CVE vulnerability scanning via Wordfence Intelligence and WPVulnerability, (4) Configuration security checks for login page, XML-RPC, and wp-config exposure.
What is the SITEOPS Risk Score?
The Risk Score is a 0-100 score calculated from multiple security factors including active CVEs, core file changes, PHP malware, login security, and pending updates. Lower is better. Grade A means your site is clean.
Can SITEOPS fix security issues automatically?
Yes for certain issues. SITEOPS can automatically replace modified core files, disable XML-RPC via .htaccess, protect wp-config.php, and quarantine suspicious files. CVE vulnerabilities are fixed by updating the affected plugin.

Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to your Account settings or visit the Pricing page. Click the upgrade button for your desired plan and complete payment via Razorpay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Account settings and click Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, email support@datronixtech.com for a full refund.

Technical

Does the plugin slow down my WordPress site?
No. The SITEOPS Worker plugin only runs when called by our dashboard. It adds no overhead to your site's normal page loading.
Is my API key secure?
Yes. Your API key is stored using a one-way hash in WordPress. Even if someone accesses your WordPress database, they cannot reverse the stored key. Keys can be regenerated from your SITEOPS dashboard at any time.
What server is required for the plugin?
The plugin works on any WordPress hosting with PHP 7.4+. It works on Apache, Nginx, and LiteSpeed servers. Some features like .htaccess-based security fixes require Apache or LiteSpeed.
