Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a secure hash). We never store your plain-text password. Payment information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store your subscription ID and plan status but never your card details or bank information. WordPress site data: Through the SITEOPS plugin, we access plugin lists, theme lists, update availability, security scan results, uptime status, and screenshot images. This data is used solely to provide the Service. Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used to improve the Service.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) send service notifications such as site downtime alerts; (d) respond to support requests; (e) improve and develop the Service; (f) comply with legal obligations.
SITEOPS accesses your WordPress site through a plugin you install and an API key you control. We access plugin and theme information, security scan data, screenshots, and uptime metrics. This data is stored securely and used only to provide the Service. We do not access your WordPress users, passwords, posts, or any content beyond what is needed for maintenance operations.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). API keys are stored using one-way hashing. We implement regular security audits and access controls. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your API keys private.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Razorpay for payment processing; (b) our AI service provider for AI-powered features (changelog analysis and monthly reports) — only plugin/update data is shared, never personal information; (c) Resend for email delivery; (d) Legal authorities when required by law.
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data; withdraw consent for processing. To exercise these rights, email support@datronixtech.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance or fraud prevention.
SITEOPS is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
